2. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 06/L‑082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo. We apply the principle of data minimization: we collect only the data that is necessary for the stated purpose.
3. Which data is collected
Through the contact form, we collect only the data you send us voluntarily: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message.
The form is not intended for health data. Please do not send diagnoses, medical reports or other sensitive information through it: these are discussed with the doctor during your visit.
4. Purpose of processing
The data you send is used only to respond to your request and to arrange appointments. It is not used for marketing and is never sold to third parties.
5. Data retention
Your messages are kept in the polyclinic’s e-mail account only for as long as is necessary to handle your request, and are then deleted.
6. Sharing with third parties
Your data is not passed on to third parties. The only exceptions are the technical providers of our website hosting and e-mail service, who process the data solely on our behalf and according to our instructions.
7. Google Maps
Some pages embed a Google Maps map. When you visit a page containing the map, Google LLC processes your IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy. If you prefer that this does not happen, you can avoid opening the pages with the map or use a content blocker.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or any analytics tools. No user profiles are created.
9. Server logs
The hosting provider temporarily stores technical logs (IP address, time of access, page requested) for security reasons and to keep the site running. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
10. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. For any request, write to us at info@osteomed-ks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) of the Republic of Kosovo.
